Obama pulls back proposed smog standards in victory for business - The Washington Post

This is a huge step back for the enviroment! US will NOT fullfill the proposed reduction of air pollution.

US and China are today the two countries that together are responsable for aprox. 50% of the total air pollution of the world. Now it seems that US are taking a step back and will NOT keep their promise to change the standard for smog and air pollution.

This is a harmful and dangerus way that will speed up the global warming, melting of polar ice and flooding all over the world. And some people call this a victory for business. I call it shortsited decision for profit that in the near future will create the loss of thousands of life in flooding when the sea level will rise 6 to 10 metres and destroy many costal cities. Havent´t they learned anything after hurricanes like Katrina, Andrew (in US)and and Tracy (in Australia) and yearly flooding of the delta land in the Indian gulf?

This is not fiction, it´s a reality that happens now!
